The weather is going to change in the hilly areas of the country today . It will remain clear in the hilly areas of Bagmati, Gandaki and Karnali regions in the afternoon, the Weather Forecast Division said.
According to Forecast Division, there is a possibility of light snowfall in one or two places in the Himalayan areas of Province 1 and Gandaki Province. Lumbini province as well as province no. 1, the weather will be generally clear. Hilly areas of Bagmati and Gandaki Province will remain partly cloudy weather at Saturday night .
According to Division, there is no possibility of immediate rain across the country. According to the three-day forecast made by the department, there is no chance of rain till Monday. But there is a possibility of snowfall in some places in the Himalayas.
In some places of Terai there is fog. The weather in other places is generally clear. A weather official said that there is a possibility that there will be a general change in the weather after Monday. In Kathmandu, the minimum temperature in the morning was measured at 7.2 degrees Celsius, while today’s maximum temperature is expected to reach 20 to 22 degrees.
