Kathmandu, April 4: The case against Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP), is being heard today. The petition filed in the Supreme Court against the decision of the Public Prosecutor’s Office not to proceed with the case in the passport case has been fixed today.
Yuvraj Paudel (Safal) submitted a writ against the decision of the Attorney General’s Office on Sunday. The writ was registered by the Supreme Administration on Monday. Advocate Yuvraj Poudel “Success” filed a writ petition against Lamichhane, stating that he was acquitted on the grounds that he should be punished for misusing the passport, and it has been demanded that the decision be overturned.
The hearing on the said dispute is scheduled to be held on Tuesday (today).
