Kathmandu: Police have arrested 8 persons for advertising and betting on One X Bet. Comedian Marichman Shrestha ‘Balchhi Dhrube’ and other actors are among those arrested.
The Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office has not officially informed about the arrestees. Their names have been withheld by the police.
They are accused of advertising One X Bet through social media videos. Some media had revealed the involvement of Balchhi Dhrube and others in the illegal One X bet with evidence 2 years ago.
