Kathmandu: Prime Minister (PM) Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that the Federal Civil Service Bill will be registered in Parliament soon.He emphasized the bill’s critical role in facilitating the successful implementation of the federal governance system.
Prime Minister Dahal conveyed the government’s commitment to expedite the approval of the Federal Civil Service Bill within a few days, following its review by the Council of Ministers.He emphasized the importance of this legislation in achieving national prosperity, highlighting the crucial role of civil servants in ensuring good governance while maintaining their credibility.
Prime Minister Dahal stressed the need to address structural and operational challenges within the civil administration, aligning it with the federal government system to make it more result-oriented and citizen-friendly.
He underlined the commendable contributions of civil servants in delivering services, fostering development, and facilitating transitional governance within the country. Prime Minister Dahal also stated that the development of good governance and social justice hinges on the civil service as the cornerstone of national interest, emphasizing the need for it to function as a reliable permanent government entity.
