Kathmandu: The participants of a program organized in Kathmandu have appealed to make victory ‘The Voice of Nepal Season- 5’ contestant Kumar Prayas Rai. Speaking at a programme organised by ‘Kumar Prayas Rai Jitaun Abhiyan Samiti ‘on Friday, the speakers appealed to make victory to Rai in Voice of Nepal.
Chairman of Thulung Dudhkoshi Rural Municipality of Solukhumbu, Asim Rai, said Kumar Prayas is one of the most talented artists in the country. Chairman Rai said kumar prayas is a budding player and it is necessary to help.
Senior social worker and entrepreneur Basanta Ban said ,’ if talented artist Kumar Prayas wins, a talented artist will emerge in the country’.
On the occasion, veteran Balaram Gurung, young entrepreneur Yash Bahadur Rai, among others, stressed the need to win over talents born in remote villages of Solukhumbu. Purna Rai, coordinator of the Campaign Committee, said that if Kumar Prayas wins in season 5, he will go to Sagarmatha Base Camp and celebrate. At the beginning of the program, Madan Rai expressed his welcome remarks highlighting the purpose of trying to make victory Kumar Prayas.
Rai, a permanent resident of Lokhim of Thulung Dudhkoshi Rural Municipality in Solukhumbu, has entered the voting round of ‘The Voice of Nepal Season 5’. He urges all to appreciate his performance. He said, he is hopeful that the audience and well-wishers will win him.
Kumar rotated the chairs of three coaches while singing a modern song titled ‘Timi Taare Bhir Ma Ta Lahara’. He enthralled the coach and the audience by singing the song in a melodious voice. After he sang the song, there was a hoot from the audience as ‘Once More’.
