Kathmandu. Jan 4: Visiting Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has held a courtesy meeting with President Ramchandra Paudel. Jaishnakar who arrived in Nepal earlier this morning reached the President’s residence at Sheetal Niwas and held a meeting with President Paudel.
The main purpose of the Indian external affairs minister’s visit is to participate in the seventh meeting of Nepal-India Joint Commission at the invitation of Foreign Minister NP Saud. Jaishankar will participate in various programs till tomorrow. Indian Ambassador to Nepal, Naveen Srivastava, was also present in the meeting.
