The sentence to the national cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane, who was convicted of rape on December 29 by the Kathmandu District Court, is being delivered today.
The Kathmandu District Court will deliver the sentence to the rape convicted Lamichhane today as per the source of the court.
A single bench of judge Shishir Raj Dhakal convicted the former caption of the national cricket team after concluding that he had raped Gushala-26, a name given to the victim, in a Tilganga- based hotel on August 21, 2022.
