Ilam: In the vote count of Wards 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Phakphokthum Rural Municipality under Ilam Constituency No. 2, CPN-UML candidate Suhang Nembang is taking the lead so far.
Nepali Congress candidate Damber Khadka was leading until Sunday afternoon.However, after the counting of Ward No. 4 votes, UML candidate Suhang has surged ahead.
With the recent results, Suhang has garnered 3,783 votes, surpassing Damber’s 2,782 votes.
