Kathmandu. In the women’s U-19 Asia Cup cricket competition, Nepal is competing against Bangladesh in the ‘Super Four’ today. The match will start at 11:45 am Nepali time on Friday.
In the first match of the group stage of the ongoing tournament in Malaysia, Nepal shared the points with India after winning by 6 wickets against Pakistan. After becoming the runner-up in the group stage and reaching the Super Four, Nepal is third in the table with four points after sharing points with Sri Lanka on Thursday.
ndia has five points after becoming the winner of Group B and reaching the Super Four. Although Bangladesh and Nepal have the same four points, on the basis of run rate, Bangladesh is at the second position in the table. Sri Lanka is at the last place in the Super Four table with three points.
Nepal will beat Bangladesh in Friday’s match and reach the final. The final match will be held on Sunday morning. Nepal got the chance to play in the Asia Cup as it was selected for the U-19 Women’s World Cup from Asia.
