Kathmandu.09 January: Cosmic International Academy, located in Koteshwor, Kathmandu, has provided orientation training on social studies subject to students participating in SEE. In the program, Social Studies book writers and facilitators Man Bahadur Sunar and Mohan Prasad Ghimire provided counseling on the curriculum specification grid, and answer writing skills. 80 students studying in grade 10 participated in the training provided on Thursday, Poush 26.
The facilitators claim that the orientation will help students overcome their Nepali language problems, help them to understand social studies and integrate into society, make them practice socialization, and teach them how to read by integrating many contents in social studies.
Arjun Kumar Khatri, Principal of Cosmic International Academy, said that Social Studies is a challenging subject. He expressed his confidence that the facilitators will make it easier for students to study and write exams. Students participating in the training believe that the knowledge provided by the facilitator will make it easier for them to understand social topics in class and will also improve their answer writing skills.
