Biratchowk: Sundarharaincha Municipality-10, Morang based ‘Himalaya English School’ has honoured two local journalists. School administration honoured them for their significant contribution to journalism. The school honoured Siva Bhattarai Bhojpure, director of Sundarharaincha Update and LN Gachchhadar, director of Jancharcha Times.
These journalists have been active in investigative journalism for a long time by making sundarharaincha municipality area a field of work. They have highlighted various incidents happening in the society. They have played a significant role to remove anomalies from the society. The school administration has claimed that their commitment and contribution in providing access to factual news and information to the public is incomparable.
The school has highly appreciated the journalist’s contribution to the upliftment of the local journalism sector and building a conscious society. Receiving the award, the two journalists committed to be still more responsible for the transformation of the society in upcoming days.
