Tamghas, Mar 10: A total of 90 dogs have been registered in Resunga Municipality in Gulmi District after house and community dogs Management procedure 2081 was implemented.
Chief Administrative Officer at the Municipality Babu Ram Palli informed that as per the procedure house or community, dogs should be registered as compulsory. Following this, 90 dogs have been registered from 14 wards of the Municipality.
According to Municipality Rs 300 has been fixed to register dogs. After the registration dog gets a belt with the identity, vaccines against Rabij and internal and external insects are provided to the registered dogs.
According to the Information Officer of the Municipality, Suresh Khanal, the Municipality warned to punish the owner of the dog without registration.
