Kathmandu:The price of gold in Nepal has once again hit a record high, reaching Rs 190,600 per tola on Thursday.According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price surged by Rs 3,600 compared to the previous day.
On Wednesday, gold was being traded at Rs 187,000 per tola. The sharp increase reflects the ongoing bullish trend in the international market, which continues to influence local prices.
Alongside gold, the price of silver has also seen an uptick. Silver rose by Rs 5 per tola and is now trading at Rs 1,960, up from Rs 1,955 on Wednesday.
This marks another milestone in the precious metals market, as both gold and silver continue to attract investor interest amid global economic uncertainties.
