Chitwan: Fifteen people were injured when a passenger bus crashed into a road divider in Ratnanagar Municipality-10 along the East-West Highway.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Rabindra Khanal of the District Police Office, the bus (Province 1-02-001 Kha 9162) was en route from Lahan to Kathmandu with 39 passengers on board when the accident occurred.
Four of the injured are undergoing treatment at Old Medical College, while the rest are receiving care at Bakulhar Hospital. All of the injured are reported to be out of danger. Police have taken both the bus and its driver into custody.
