Kavrepalanchok: The BP Highway has been obstructed following continuous rainfall since Thursday. According to the District Police Office, Kavrepalanchok, the highway has been blocked on both sides due to mudslides triggered by the incessant rain.
Multiple sections of the highway have been blocked by landslides and mud deposits. Areas including Chaukidanda, Charsaya Besi, Dalabesi, Biruwa Danda, Boksikuna, and Narkel have been severely affected, leading to a complete halt of traffic in both directions.
