32 days left for elections: Ballot printing completed for 18 constituencies in 15 districts

Kathmandu: The printing of ballots for the direct election of the House of Representatives, scheduled for February 21, has been completed for 15 districts.

According to the Election Commission, the ballot printing for a total of 18 constituencies in 15 districts has been completed so far. The printing work is being carried out at the Janak Education Materials Center in Bhaktapur.

The ballot printing for the direct election in the districts of Dolpa, Mugu, Jumla, Kalikot, Humla, Salyan, and Jajarkot has been completed. Similarly, the ballot printing for Dailkeh Constituencies No. 1 and 2, Surkhet Constituencies No. 1 and 2, Rukum West, Bajura, and Achham Constituencies No. 1 and 2, Kailali Constituency No. 1, Jhapa Constituency No. 5, and Sunsari Constituency No. 1 has also been completed.

A total of 1,098,200 sample ballots have been printed and delivered to the respective constituencies, as per the commission. Additionally, the printing of 208,300,000 proportional representation ballots has been completed.
