Kathmandu: Nepal Rastra Bank has published today’s foreign exchange rates. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is NPR 146.88 and the selling rate is NPR 147.48.
Similarly, the buying rate for one European Euro is NPR 174.05 and the selling rate is NPR 174.76, while the buying rate for one UK Pound Sterling is NPR 201.07 and the selling rate is NPR 201.89.
The buying rate for 10 Japanese Yen has been fixed at NPR 9.49 and the selling rate at NPR 9.53. Likewise, the buying rate for 100 Indian Rupees is NPR 160.00 and the selling rate is NPR 160.15.
Nepal Rastra Bank stated that these exchange rates may be revised at any time as required, and that rates determined by commercial banks may differ.
