Kathmandu – Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar stands at NPR 145.12, while the selling rate is NPR 145.72.
Similarly, the buying and selling rates for one euro have been fixed at NPR 171.04 and NPR 171.75 respectively. The UK pound sterling is valued at NPR 195.79 for buying and NPR 196.60 for selling, while the Swiss franc stands at NPR 187.02 and NPR 187.80.
Among other currencies, the Australian dollar has been set at NPR 102.61 (buying) and NPR 103.04 (selling), the Canadian dollar at NPR 106.04 and NPR 106.48, and the Singapore dollar at NPR 114.61 and NPR 115.08.
The buying and selling rates for 10 Japanese yen have been fixed at NPR 9.37 and NPR 9.41 respectively, while one Chinese yuan stands at NPR 21.01 (buying) and NPR 21.09 (selling). The Saudi Arabian riyal is valued at NPR 38.68 and NPR 38.84, and the Qatari riyal at NPR 39.70 and NPR 39.87.
Likewise, the Thai baht is set at NPR 4.68 (buying) and NPR 4.70 (selling), the UAE dirham at NPR 39.51 and NPR 39.67, and the Malaysian ringgit at NPR 37.30 and NPR 37.45.
The exchange rate for 100 South Korean won stands at NPR 10.06 (buying) and NPR 10.10 (selling). The Swedish krona has been fixed at NPR 16.00 and NPR 16.07, while the Danish krone stands at NPR 22.89 and NPR 22.99.
Similarly, the Hong Kong dollar is valued at NPR 18.56 (buying) and NPR 18.64 (selling). The Kuwaiti dinar stands at NPR 475.34 and NPR 477.30, the Bahraini dinar at NPR 384.88 and NPR 386.47, and the Omani riyal at NPR 376.96 and NPR 378.52.
For the Indian currency, the buying rate for INR 100 has been set at NPR 160.00, while the selling rate is NPR 160.15.
