Kathmandu: A meeting of the House of Representatives under the Federal Parliament is scheduled to convene today. The session will begin at 1:00 PM at Singha Durbar.
According to the agenda, discussions will be held on the budget for the fiscal year 2083/84 (2026/27), which was presented to Parliament last Friday by Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle.
As per the scheduled business, Finance Minister Wagle will present a proposal, accompanied by a statement, seeking the commencement of a general discussion on the annual estimates of revenue and expenditure for the fiscal year 2083/84.
The meeting will subsequently begin a general discussion on the government’s annual revenue and expenditure estimates for the upcoming fiscal year.
