Today is colder than yesterday in Kathmandu. A few days ago, the first phase is increasing .The first temperature at 6:00 am in Kathmandu is 3.4 degrees Celsius. Yesterday it was 4.2 degrees Celsius and today it was 4.5 degrees Celsius. Meteorologists believe that the decrease in temperature is due to the general effect of the westerly wind.
