Four people died in a car accident in Surkhet. One person was injured. This morning at 2.30 am, a double cap Hilux car bearing number B.P.01026C 9213 going from Chinchu to Birendranagar, met with an accident on the Ratnarajmarg in Birendranagar-11 Juprakhola.
The driver Sagar Shahi, 27, of Birendranagar-7, Dipendrajung Shahi, 33, of Dailekh Dungeshwar Rural Municipality-5, Babin Shahi, 31, of Dailekh Bhagwatimai Rural Municipality-5 and Rajendra B.C, 36, of Dailekh Gurans Rural Municipality-3 died in the accident. DSP Suraj Karki, spokesperson of Surkhet office, informed.
After the incident, they were rescued by the police and taken to the hospital. Spokesman Karki said that three people were declared dead by the doctors in the hospital and one person died during treatment.
Birendraraj Shahi of Dailekh Bhairavi Rural Municipality-5 who was injured is being treated. He can speak with chest injury.The vehicle fell 70/80 meters from the road. There were five people in the car.
