Non-citizen Ravi Lamichhane is going to District Administration Office Kathmandu today to get the certificate of Nepalese citizenship . He has prepared to take citizenship in coordination with the local administration.
The district administration had inquired whether citizenship should be granted due to the order of the Supreme Court, which did not require further legal opinion and other procedures.
