Kathmandu — Prime Minister Sushila Karki has said that the House of Representatives election scheduled for Fagun 21 should serve not merely as a process of electing public representatives, but as the starting point of a new political culture.
Addressing today’s session of the National Assembly, she stated that the nomination process for candidates contesting the House of Representatives election has already been completed and that state resources and mechanisms have been mobilized with a focus on the election. She added that security arrangements have been strengthened to ensure the election is conducted in a clean, fair, and fear-free environment.
