Kathmandu — With 30 days remaining until the House of Representatives election scheduled for Falgun 21, 3,998,000 ballot papers have been printed for the First-Past-The-Post (FPTP) electoral system. According to the Election Commission, ballot printing has been completed in 30 districts.
The Commission stated that ballot printing is continuing regularly at the Janak Education Materials Centre, Bhaktapur. For the Proportional Representation (PR) electoral system, 20,830,000 ballot papers have already been printed. In addition, 1,098,200 sample ballot papers have been printed for voter education purposes.
