Kathmandu — Gagan Thapa has appointed new leaders to major organizations of the Nepali Congress.
Following the mandate given by the party’s Central Executive Committee, Thapa appointed Karuna Katuwal of Dhankuta as president of the Nepal Students’ Union, Manish Koirala of Kathmandu as president of Nepal Tarun Dal, and Meena Kharel of Chitwan as president of Nepal Women’s Association.
They have been entrusted with the responsibility of conducting the organizations’ general conventions.
