Kathmandu— Republic Day was celebrated on Friday with a special ceremony organized at the Army Pavilion in Tundikhel, Kathmandu.
President Ram Chandra Paudel, Vice President Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav, Prime Minister Balendra Shah, Chief Justice Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, Speaker Devraj Ghimire, and National Assembly Chairperson Narayan Prasad Dahal were present at the ceremony.
Ministers and high-ranking officials of the Government of Nepal also participated in the Republic Day event. The occasion was marked by various formal programs, and Republic Day was celebrated in a grand manner.
