Kathmandu, Nepal — The Nepal Police has carried out a large-scale transfer of Police Inspectors (Inspectors). According to the Human Resource Development Department of Nepal Police, a total of 509 Inspectors have been transferred in a single reshuffle.
The department stated that the transfers were made pursuant to a decision taken on Jestha 27 (Nepali calendar). It further informed that all transferred officers will receive their salaries from their respective new postings starting from the month of Ashadh.
The Human Resource Development Department confirmed that the transferred officers will be paid by the offices to which they have been assigned following the transfer.
