Kathmansu, May 2 : Vice President’s Office Secretary Teknarayan Pandey has been arrested. During the investigation of the case of taking Nepali people to America by making fake refugees, he has arrested by the Kathmandu police complex this afternoon. Currently, Pandey is kept in the police complex in Teku. The police obtained an arrest warrant from the court to arrest him on Wednesday.
Before coming to the office of the Vice President, he was the Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs last year. While he was the secretary of the ministry, he was involved in the case of fake refugees and his association with gangs. Some media have mentioned that he was also involved in money transactions with gangs.
