Kathmandu: Nepal Telecom (NT) has reported the missing of 20,000 recharge cards, valued at Rs 10 lakh, during their transportation. The Namaste recharge cards, each carrying a value of Rs 50, went missing while en route from Kathmandu to Bhairahwa.
This incident was confirmed by Nepal Telecom’s Wireless Services Directorate, located at Babarmahal. In response to this situation, the Directorate has issued a public notice, urging anyone who comes across these lost recharge cards to kindly hand them over to the nearest telecommunication office.
The specific batch of missing cards is identified by their serial numbers, which range from 1122120013780001 to 1122120013800000. The Directorate emphasizes that recharge cards bearing these serial numbers should not be purchased or sold.
