Kathmandu: Tribhuvan University (TU) has implemented an electronic administration system in the offices of all its bodies to make the service system faster, more efficient, and effective.
The system, which was inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Dharmakanta Baskota, will allow TU to digitize all of its paperwork, from registration to correspondence and circulars. This will help to reduce the time and cost of processing documents, and will also make it easier for TU to track and manage its records.
The system is also expected to improve transparency and accountability within TU administration. By making all documents accessible online, TU will be able to ensure that its processes are open and transparent to the public.
Vice-Chancellor Baskota said that the implementation of the electronic administration system is a major step forward for TU. He expressed hope that the system will help TU to become a more efficient and effective organization. The system is being implemented in phases, and is expected to be fully operational by the end of the year.
