Kathmandu — The Nepal Rastra Bank has determined the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar has been fixed at Rs. 152.71 and the selling rate at Rs. 153.31. Similarly, the buying rate for one Euro stands at Rs. 179.31 and the selling rate at Rs. 180.02, while one UK Pound Sterling has a buying rate of Rs. 206.72 and a selling rate of Rs. 207.53. The buying and selling rates for one Swiss Franc have been set at Rs. 195.53 and Rs. 196.30 respectively.
The buying rate for one Australian dollar has been fixed at Rs. 110.35 and the selling rate at Rs. 110.78. Likewise, one Canadian dollar has a buying rate of Rs. 111.39 and a selling rate of Rs. 111.82, while one Singapore dollar has been valued at Rs. 120.02 for buying and Rs. 120.49 for selling.
The exchange rate for 10 Japanese Yen has been set at Rs. 9.69 for buying and Rs. 9.73 for selling. One Chinese Yuan has a buying rate of Rs. 22.48 and a selling rate of Rs. 22.57. Similarly, one Saudi Arabian Riyal has been fixed at Rs. 40.70 for buying and Rs. 40.86 for selling, while one Qatari Riyal has a buying rate of Rs. 41.86 and a selling rate of Rs. 42.06.
According to the central bank, the buying and selling rates for one Thai Baht have been fixed at Rs. 4.71 and Rs. 4.73 respectively. One UAE Dirham has a buying rate of Rs. 41.58 and a selling rate of Rs. 41.74. Likewise, one Malaysian Ringgit has been valued at Rs. 38.82 for buying and Rs. 38.97 for selling, while 100 South Korean Won have been fixed at Rs. 10.25 for buying and Rs. 10.29 for selling.
The buying and selling rates for one Swedish Kroner have been set at Rs. 16.47 and Rs. 16.53 respectively, while one Danish Kroner has been fixed at Rs. 24.00 for buying and Rs. 24.09 for selling. The central bank has also set the buying rate for one Hong Kong dollar at Rs. 19.51 and the selling rate at Rs. 19.58.
Similarly, one Kuwaiti Dinar has a buying rate of Rs. 498.64 and a selling rate of Rs. 500.60. One Bahraini Dinar has been fixed at Rs. 404.82 for buying and Rs. 406.42 for selling, while one Omani Riyal has a buying rate of Rs. 396.64 and a selling rate of Rs. 398.20.
The exchange rate for 100 Indian Rupees has been fixed at Rs. 160.00 for buying and Rs. 160.15 for selling.
The Nepal Rastra Bank stated that the exchange rates may be revised at any time as necessary.
