Kathmandu, July 3: Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supply Gauri Kumari Yadav conducted a surprise inspection and monitoring of the Company Registrar’s Office, Tripureshor, today.
Minister Yadav along with industry secretary Krishna Bahadur Raut reached the Registrar’s office at the first hour of the office for the sudden monitoring.
During the inspection, chief of the company registrar’s office Krishna Kumari Shrestha briefed the Minister about the steps for reform in the office since the last month, in line with the point number 58 of the 100-point governance reform agenda of the government.
The office has begun fully digital system to end the annoyance faced by the service-seekers.According to the new arrangement, no service seekers need to visit the office for registering the company as one can do all processes through online.
An AI based call center has been set up to address immediately the complaints and problems of the service recipients while a proposal has been forwarded to slash number of employees by 28 per cent.
