Kathmandu – Nepal Rastra Bank has published the foreign exchange rates for Wednesday. According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at NPR 154.16, while the selling rate stands at NPR 154.76.
Similarly, the buying rate of one Euro has been set at NPR 179.12 and the selling rate at NPR 179.82. The buying rate of one UK Pound Sterling has been fixed at NPR 206.66, while the selling rate has been determined at NPR 207.46.
The Swiss Franc has a buying rate of NPR 195.82 and a selling rate of NPR 196.58. The Australian Dollar is being traded at a buying rate of NPR 109.74 and a selling rate of NPR 110.17.
The buying rate of one Canadian Dollar has been fixed at NPR 112.14 and the selling rate at NPR 112.57. Likewise, the Singapore Dollar has a buying rate of NPR 120.33 and a selling rate of NPR 120.80.
The buying rate of 10 Japanese Yen has been set at NPR 9.69, while the selling rate is NPR 9.73. The Chinese Yuan has a buying rate of NPR 22.65 and a selling rate of NPR 22.74.
Similarly, the Saudi Arabian Riyal has a buying rate of NPR 41.08 and a selling rate of NPR 41.24, while the Qatari Riyal has been fixed at NPR 42.29 for buying and NPR 42.46 for selling.
The Thai Baht has a buying rate of NPR 4.72 and a selling rate of NPR 4.74. The UAE Dirham is being exchanged at NPR 41.97 for buying and NPR 42.14 for selling.
The Malaysian Ringgit has a buying rate of NPR 38.76 and a selling rate of NPR 38.91. Likewise, 100 South Korean Won has a buying rate of NPR 10.21 and a selling rate of NPR 10.25.
The Swedish Krona has been fixed at NPR 16.41 for buying and NPR 16.48 for selling, while the Danish Krone stands at NPR 23.97 for buying and NPR 24.06 for selling.
Similarly, the Hong Kong Dollar has a buying rate of NPR 19.68 and a selling rate of NPR 19.76. The Kuwaiti Dinar has been set at NPR 502.48 for buying and NPR 504.43 for selling. The Bahraini Dinar has a buying rate of NPR 408.80 and a selling rate of NPR 410.40, while the Omani Riyal stands at NPR 400.41 for buying and NPR 401.97 for selling.
The buying rate of 100 Indian Rupees has been fixed at NPR 160, while the selling rate has been set at NPR 160.15.
Nepal Rastra Bank stated that the exchange rates may be revised at any time as necessary. The central bank also noted that exchange rates set by commercial banks may differ, and updated rates are available on the bank’s official website.
