Kathmandu, June 3: The Kanti highway, connecting Hetauda to Kathmandu, will be completely closed for four days, effective from June 4. According to the District Administration Office, Makawanpur, the road will be closed in four days because the under-construction Bailey Bridge over the Bagmati River in Baguwa along Kanti Highway is being fixed.
A notice issued by, Assistant Chief District Officer of the District Administration Office, Makawanpur, Rajendra Prasad Kadel, stated that the road will be completely closed from June 4 to 7 of this month. Vehicles traveling from Hetauda to Kathmandu and from Kathmandu to Hetauda have been advised to use alternative routes during this period.
