Hetauda — Narendra Bhandari, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hetauda Cement Industry Limited, has resigned from his position.
He stated that he has already submitted his resignation letter to the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies, aiming to facilitate the functioning of the new government.
Bhandari had been appointed for a three-year term as per the Cabinet decision dated Jestha 24, 2081.
During his tenure, he said he made continuous efforts to strengthen the industry despite challenges such as outdated machinery, technological limitations, and financial constraints. Currently, the industry is producing clinker and selling cement.
