Voting for the election of the new vice president has ended. It is said that the counting of votes for the election of the new Vice President on Friday will begin shortly at the Parliament House in New Baneshwar.
Voting started at 10 am and ended at 3 pm. The election officer’s office said that preparations are being made to announce the election results by 6:00 p.m. today
Ashtalakshmi Shakya of CPN-UML, Ram Sahay Prasad Yadav of JSP and Mamta Jha of Janamat Party are contesting for the post of Vice President.
