Kathmandu: The prices of gold and silver declined on Wednesday. Compared to the previous day, the price of gold decreased by Rs 800 per tola.
Gold, which was traded at Rs 301,300 per tola on the previous day, fell to Rs 300,500 per tola today. Last Wednesday, the price of gold stood at Rs 302,700 per tola. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of silver also dropped by Rs 30 per tola.
Silver, which was traded at Rs 5,160 per tola on the previous day, declined to Rs 5,130 per tola today, the Federation stated. Last Wednesday, silver was traded at Rs 5,220 per tola.
