Kathmandu – Nepal Rastra Bank has published the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar has been fixed at NPR 152.81 and the selling rate at NPR 153.41.
Similarly, the buying rate for one Euro stands at NPR 177.17 and the selling rate at NPR 177.86, while one UK Pound Sterling has been valued at NPR 205.06 for buying and NPR 205.87 for selling. The buying rate for one Swiss Franc is NPR 194.20 and the selling rate NPR 194.97. One Australian Dollar has been fixed at NPR 108.85 for buying and NPR 109.27 for selling.
According to the central bank, one Canadian Dollar is being exchanged at NPR 110.76 for buying and NPR 111.19 for selling, while one Singapore Dollar is valued at NPR 119.34 for buying and NPR 119.81 for selling.
The buying rate for 10 Japanese Yen has been fixed at NPR 9.60 and the selling rate at NPR 9.64. One Chinese Yuan has been set at NPR 22.59 for buying and NPR 22.68 for selling. Likewise, one Saudi Arabian Riyal has been fixed at NPR 40.72 for buying and NPR 40.88 for selling, while one Qatari Riyal has been valued at NPR 41.94 for buying and NPR 42.10 for selling.
The buying rate for one Thai Baht stands at NPR 4.67 and the selling rate at NPR 4.69. One UAE Dirham has been fixed at NPR 41.61 for buying and NPR 41.77 for selling, while one Malaysian Ringgit is valued at NPR 38.51 for buying and NPR 38.66 for selling.
Similarly, the buying rate for 100 South Korean Won has been fixed at NPR 10.07 and the selling rate at NPR 10.11. One Swedish Krona has been set at NPR 16.31 for buying and NPR 16.37 for selling, while one Danish Krone has been valued at NPR 23.71 for buying and NPR 23.80 for selling.
The buying rate for one Hong Kong Dollar stands at NPR 19.50 and the selling rate at NPR 19.58. One Kuwaiti Dinar has been fixed at NPR 498.08 for buying and NPR 500.23 for selling, while one Bahraini Dinar is valued at NPR 405.28 for buying and NPR 406.87 for selling. Likewise, one Omani Riyal has been fixed at NPR 396.90 for buying and NPR 398.46 for selling.
The exchange rate for 100 Indian Rupees has been set at NPR 160 for buying and NPR 160.15 for selling. Nepal Rastra Bank stated that the exchange rates may be revised at any time as necessary, and noted that rates determined by commercial banks may vary.
