Kathmandu – The Nepal Rastra Bank has determined the foreign exchange rates for Thursday. According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at NPR 152.84, while the selling rate stands at NPR 153.44.
Similarly, the euro is set at a buying rate of NPR 177.58 and a selling rate of NPR 178.28. The British pound sterling is priced at NPR 205.62 for buying and NPR 206.43 for selling.
Likewise, the Australian dollar has been fixed at NPR 109.58 for buying and NPR 110.01 for selling. The Canadian dollar is set at NPR 110.33 for buying and NPR 110.76 for selling.
The central bank has stated that these rates may be revised at any time as required. It also noted that commercial banks may set slightly different exchange rates.
