Kathmandu, March 27: Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balen Shah has said that when trying to arrange food and accommodation for the meter-badge victims in the Pashupati area, they wanted to live in the open. He said this through social media ‘facebook’.
Balen gave this reaction shortly after the city police stopped them from entering the open forum. He expressed anger towards the government and accused the government of being complacent even when such a situation was created. Balen expressed solidarity in the movement and asked to choose the option of open platform.
