Tanahu: Rastriya Swatantra Party’s Dr. Swarnim Wagle is leading in the vote count in Tanahu-1. The counting of votes for the member of the House of Representatives held in Tanahun-1 is underway.
Out of 7,682 votes counted so far, Wagle has got more than 4,303 votes, which is 56.01 percent of the votes. Likewise, Gobinda Bhattarai of Nepali Congress has received 1,933 votes while Sarbendra Khanal of CPN-UML is in third place with 1,198 votes. In the by-election held on Sunday, a total of 63,757 votes were cast.
